A Transformative gathering for Black women navigating menopause with power and purpose! Hosted by the Women of Purpose Ministry in partnership with the Morris County Chapter of The Links, Inc. Menopause is not a pause - it's a shift into a new season of life. Black women and women of color have navigated perimenopause and menopause with limited resources, cultural silence, and healthcare that doesn't see or serve us fully. Strength in the Shift challenges that narrative. We're creating a space for women where their experience is centered, questions are answered, and their health matters.
