Carter Study Title: Summer Bible Boot Camp - Equipping the Saints to Serve Dates: Tuesday July 5, 12, 19, 26 - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Seasoned Saints Study: Wednesday July 6, 12, 19, 27 - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Class #1 - Artificial Intelligence (AI) - The Seduction of Social Media and Technology Explore the pros and cons of AI and the impact it has on our relationship with God, community, and self. (Romans 1:21-23, Genesis - creation story) Class #2 - God’s Greatest Gift “Salvation” “What do I have to do to be saved?” This is one of the most important questions anyone could ever ask. It’s important that each person examine their lives to ensure that their salvation experience matches the instructions given by Jesus and His Disciples. (Ephesians 2:8-10, John 14:6) Class #3 - The Bait of Satan One of the most deceptive and insidious kinds of bait is something every Chrisitian has encountered, offense. This study exposes this deadly tramp and reveals how to escape its grip and stay free from it. Freedom from offense is essential for every Christian because Jesus said it is impossible to live this life and not have the opportunity to be offended (Luke 17:1). Class #4 - The Canon of Scripture: How the Bible Came to Be As Christians, we believe in the supreme authority and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures. It is through the scriptures that we get to know God (II Timothy 3:16-17).
