DESCRIPTION:Let The Games Begin\nCauldwell Park\, Morristown NJ \nAugust 4\, 2024 • 8:30-am – 6pm \nTickets sold at the door: $10/adult\, $5/child \nWe are pleased to announce that the Calvary Baptist Church Annual “Hoops 4 Hope” Tournament has grown significantly. This year\, it will be held at Fairleigh Dickinson University\, Madison Campus in Florham Park\, NJ\, on Saturday\, July 20\, 2024. \nWe invite you to register a team in one of the following divisions: \n\nMiddle School Girls\nMiddle School Boys\nHigh School Girls\nHigh School Boys\nWomen\nMen\nWomen (40+)\nMen (40+)\nElementary CoEd\n\nWe are excited to continue awarding scholarships to high school seniors affiliated with participating teams. This tournament not only provides fun and competition but also helps raise funds to support seniors in their pursuit of higher education. We appreciate the ongoing support from returning teams and warmly welcome new teams. \nSee the Following Pages for Registration Instructions \nRegistration Instructions: \nOnline: Download and fill out this form and email it HoopsIVHope@gmail.com. Then\, submit your registration fee at https://calvarybc.info/giving/. Select “Hoops4Hope Donation\,” and include your Team Name in the subject line. Alternatively\, send the full payment to our CashApp: $CalvaryBCNJ with “H4H ” and your Team Name in the subject line. Your registration is not complete until payment is submitted. \nBy Mail: Please make checks or money orders payable to Calvary Baptist Church (note “H4H” in the memo line) and mail them with the completed form to Calvary Baptist Church\, 10 Martin Luther King Avenue\, Morristown\, NJ 07960. Note: Cash payments will not be accepted on the day of the tournament. \nThe entry fee is $200 per team\, or $175 if registered before July 1\, 2024. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of two games. All teams must submit a completed roster; no player will be allowed to play if their name is not on the roster.
